Will kids be allowed?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have chosen to have our age limit at 21 and older due to open access to alcohol and not having a bar tender.

What colors should the guests wear?

Answer

Please stay away from whites, yellows, and greens. Other than that cocktail attire. Our color pallet is more of a fall color scheme so you can always lean into those colors if you would like.

What is Cocktail attire?

Answer

Dressed up but not going to a fancy Gala. Think slacks and a button down shirt or blouse with or without a suit jacket or sports coat. Or a dress that is dressed up more than a sun dress. Wear what makes you comfortable but please stay away from jeans. Also, the seating for the ceremony will be on grass so please be mindful of your shoe choice.

Is there parking at the Grant-Humphreys Mansion?

Answer

Yes, there is the lot right by the mansion and a second lot right across the street.

What is happening after the reception?

Answer

Anyone who wants to go out to a club or bar to dance is welcome to come. We will know where we are headed closer to the date of the wedding but it will be somewhere where everyone can bust a move on the dance floor.

Is there a room block?

Answer

No there is not. You can check out the travel page for some options of hotels in the downtown area or you can look into an Airbnb or any other rental site.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space only the people listed on the invite are accounted for.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please reach out to the groom or bride as soon as possible to make sure they can accommodate your allergy and or diet needs.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start right at 12:30pm so you can arrive around 12:15pm to be able to park and settle into your seat.

What kind of shoes would be recommended?
