There will be passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Please see the full dinner menu below: LYMAN ORCHARDS PEAR SALAD field greens, poached Lyman Orchards pears, candied walnuts, Tres Leches cheese, fig balsamic vinaigrette Choose one (1) of the following: BRAISED SHORT RIB sweet potato mash, hot honey fried brussels sprouts, Korean BBQ sauce HERB ROASTED CHICKEN seasonal vegetables, fennel & roasted potatoes, garlic thyme jus lie SEARED ATLANTIC SALMON parsnip puree, roasted broccolini, maple grain mustard glaze STUFFED DELICATA SQUASH tikka masala ragout with rice, red pepper marinara, fresh herbs Desert will be an assortment of Lyman Orchards pies + cider donuts, so be sure to leave some room!

After Party

We would love to encourage you to continue the party with us after the wedding reception!! This is a 15 minute walk from the Inn at Middletown and an 18 minute Uber to the Hilton Garden Inn. A few important notes: - PLEASE remember to bring your ID with you. You will not be allowed into the venue without a valid ID showing you are above the age of 21. - We will have an outdoor area with a fire pit reserved. There is an indoor area as well, but it might be wise to bring a sweater or a coat
