FAQs

Ask away! There's a lot going on right now, so if you want to ask anything that is not on this page, just reach out to us!
Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Around 3:00-3:15 is perfect! You can enjoy the view, sit down, and be ready for the parade by 3:30.

Question

Is there a shuttle service from the hotel in Bath to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! The road to Georgetown is curvy, narrow, and fairly long. Maybe the road referenced in, "The Long and Winding Road." The departure times will be on a print out in your hotel room. In the planning stage now, we think it will be leaving at 2:30. If you are in the area, and interested in taking the shuttle but not staying at the inn, that is great! All guests planning on using the shuttle service are encouraged to rsvp. This can be done on the “SHUTTE RSVP” tab in the navigation bar above. If you have any questions about the bus cleaning for Covid concerns, please check out the below link. http://www.northeastchartertour.com/our-customer-commitment/

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but it is limited and you are not allowed to park on the side of the road because it is kind of on a bend and highly discouraged. You can get a spot at the inn, or you can park next door at the Moorings Inn and walk. It would be a 700 foot walk maybe, so maybe drop off your pretty ladies before making them hike in their pretty heels.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please dress ready to party. Suggested theme is "cocktail." So please, absolutely no jeans.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You betcha! You can find our registry on the "Registry" tab in the navigation bar above. You will see our Zola registry, and separate registries at Bed, Bath, and Beyond and Macy's.

Question

Are we being fed at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will have a great spread of snacks at the cocktail hour, and a dinner to follow. Dinner will be a buffet, so if you have any concern for a food allergy, please let us know. I will say now, everything at this event will be nut and shellfish free for existing allergies in the party. There will be a vegetarian option.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In your invitation, there was a " _/x " If your x=1, or it equals the number of people in your house hold, then sadly no. With everything going on in the world and our venues headcount size, a lot went into deciding who we gave dates to, and it super sucked. So we are deeply sorry if you feel disappointed, but know that we are too!

Question

Can you play my favorite song?

Answer

Sure thing! Text Devon or Connor to add your favorite jams and we will try to make it happen for you. Our DJ is pretty cool, but this will be easier than making him take requests all night :)

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The sooner the better please! We would like them by April 19th. If you RSVP yes, but then cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible. We know that the world is wild, and not everyone will want to travel right now which we understand, so if you would rather send your love from afar, please just let us know and we are happy to celebrate at a later and safer time with you.
