Andrea met the bride freshman year in Civ where Devon decided she had to befriend the smartest girl in class to study with. A number of years that will not be named later, and we're still seeking out good food and rooftop beverages.

Alex met the bride working retail just after Devon moved to North Carolina. After coffee and a book exchange, they haven't stopped bonding over literature since (and she returned the book in pristine condition, which is always an excellent sign!).

Amanda welcomed Devon into her home for a Super Bowl party with the least sports-minded people ever created (we come for the snacks) and when Devon asked, "Wait is that the 3rd illustrated Harry Potter book?" within the first 5 minutes, Amanda decided she was an excellent addition.
