We know travel can be expensive, and we truly appreciate anyone who is able to make the trip. Please don’t feel any pressure though — we’ll also be having a get together downriver after the wedding so everyone can celebrate with us! A quick heads up on timing: Jake and I will be arriving Monday (4/5). Our wedding will be on Thursday, April 8 and we’ll also be having a welcome party on Tuesday, April 6 if you’re in town early! We wanted it to feel like a little vacation with our favorite people, so we intentionally left the weekend open and unplanned to relax, explore, and hang out. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone — whether that’s in Key West or back home!

Our wedding events will take place at Oceans Edge Resort & Marina, and staying on property makes everything easy and fun for guests. The resort offers a complimentary shuttle (trolley) to and from Old Town Key West, so you can explore Duval Street, restaurants, bars, and shops without needing a car. Guests also get free daily activities, including kayaking, paddle boarding, and bike rentals, plus access to six pools, a marina, and a fitness center. There are also tons of different hotels, AIRBNB/VRBO around the area too if that’s your style!

Guests can fly directly into Key West International Airport, which is about 10–15 minutes from the resort. Many Ubers/taxis are available to get to and from airport! Another great option is flying into Miami International Airport and renting a car to drive the beautiful ~4-hour scenic route through the Florida Keys. Many people make a day of it and stop along the way!
