COVID-19 Considerations

It is Steph and Doug's intent that the "in sickness and in health" vow not be tested by virtue of their big day. Getting married in the era of COVID-19 certainly brings its challenges. We would like to provide the following information for your consideration as we near the big day:
Question

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19?

Answer

Stephanie and Doug, as healthcare providers, are very keen to provide as much assurance as possible that their wedding day will be safe and enjoyable for all. As such, they request that all attendees provide either documentation of full vaccination against COVID-19 OR a negative PCR test performed within 72 hours by December 30th, 2021. Documentation of either type is requested only by e-mail to devitophelanwedding@gmail.com, so that we may best keep track of this information.

Question

What about masks?

Answer

While masks will not be required by the State of New Hampshire or the ceremony and reception venues, we encourage guests to do what makes them feel comfortable regarding masking, in light of the vaccination and testing point above. If you wish to wear a mask, we ask that you bring your own.

Question

What happens if the cases rise?

Answer

Stephanie and Doug are very attuned to the COVID-19 case numbers in New England as well as the policies of the State of New Hampshire. While there may come a time where the State and/or venue require us to downsize, currently we are still on for the full celebration!

For all the days along the way
