We're getting married!

Our story began in early 2017, on a little mobile app called Bumble. We spent our early dates talking about the things the entire country was engulfed in: Donald Trump, the Muslim ban, DACA. Soon after, we learned that we had something important in common: we had spent years of our adult lives chasing our passions. Across the continental United States and across continents, we had gone in pursuit of our art: music (his) and writing (mine). Months later, we met each other’s families, and it became clear that we shared the most vital values--commitment, loyalty, compassion, fortitude. When we realized that we agreed on where you could find the best tacos in L.A., we knew it was meant to be. We are thankful for the journeys, the failures, the successes and the algorithms that brought us together.
