Why Portland???

Devin moved here after Devin + Sammi Part 1 ended. He fell in love with the culture and the beauty. Sammi wanted a destination wedding, but being fair-skinned, opted out of a beach setting.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If you were invited, so are your children. There will be kids options for dinner at the reception, and Charlotte would love lots of friends to dance with.

Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Portland has a great public transit system, but the ceremony and reception will require an Uber ride or something similar. If renting a car, keep in mind that if you’re staying downtown there is only street or garage parking (for additional fees).

Are there areas I should avoid?

Near the airport does not look like the nicest place to stay, and in downtown the Chinatown area is not the best.
