Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! Summit Express will safely transport you to and from the event. Shuttle pick up will be in the north west corner of the Keystone Ski River Run Gondola Parking Lot, 124 Gondola Rd, Keystone at 3:15pm to take you to the ceremony at 4pm. RETURN shuttles will then be available on a loop starting at 8:30pm at the Early Riser Lot (which is straight ahead and slightly left when you get off the chairlift). Please note, ride share is not available from A-Basin. Join us on the shuttle on the way back!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is Formal. Long dresses and midi dresses for women, and suits and ties for men. Since the chairlift will be your ride up and down from the wedding, a jacket is recommended for the ride down. We will have coat racks at the venue.

What if I can't take the chairlift up the mountain?
Answer
Our venue is at 11,500 ft, and to reach the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception the chairlift is the main transportation for guests. If you're unable to ride the chairlift, please let us know! NOTE: WE NEED TO KNOW THIS WELL IN ADVANCE. Please contact Devin or Reina. Please watch the video on the home page - it is an easy ride!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is a parking lot at the venue if you should choose to drive. You can also leave your car overnight if needed.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kids - but treat this as a parent's night out! The event will be adults only.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Please refer to your invitation. Due to capacity, we cannot allow additional guests.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
The ceremony as well as cocktail hour will be outside on the patio, and the reception will be inside Black Mountain Lodge. Please keep checking on the weather, it is unpredictable in Colorado, especially in the mountains. Forecast for venue: https://opensnow.com/location/arapahoebasin/weather We will have coat racks if you'd like to bring a jacket for the ride down!
