Join us to kick off the wedding weekend at Kickapoo Tavern in Keystone Village with appetizers and drinks. We can't wait to welcome you to one of our favorite mountain towns.
3:15 pm - 10:30 pm
Summit Express will be available to safely transport you to and from the big event! Shuttles will pick up guests at the Keystone River Run Gondola Parking Lot, loading at 3:15pm. Please be to Gondola lot no later than 3:15pm if you want a ride to the venue! The 6th Alley Bar & Grill will be open at the base prior to the ceremony. Ceremony will begin at 4:10pm. RETURN SHUTTLE: There will be multiple shuttles on a loop from the venue back to the River Run Gondola Lot starting at 8:30pm. If you'd like to be on the shuttle, please RSVP so we can get a headcount for the drivers. PLEASE NOTE: Uber and Lyft are not viable options from Arapahoe Basin after the ceremony and the 6th Alley Grill will be closed at 5pm. You can leave cars overnight in the Arapahoe Basin parking lot, but join us for a fun ride back to town on the shuttle! Lyft and Uber are more available once in Keystone if that is something you will need.

Attire: Formal - Suit & tie, floor-length or midi-length formal dresses.
Guests will meet at the base of Arapahoe Basin (6th Alley Bar and Grill) and then take a scenic chair lift ride to the ceremony/reception site (Black Mountain Lodge). Please arrive at venue no later than 4:10pm. Ceremony followed by dinner and dancing. Our venue is at 11,500ft at one of our favorite ski resorts - please keep in mind altitude for all traveling guests. The chairlift will be the transportation to and from the ceremony and reception, so please bring a jacket if you want, we will have coat racks at the venue. PLEASE BRING AN ID if you want to participate in the open bar!
