Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking available at the residence. If you are staying at the room blocks in downtown Louisville, transportation is provided from the Omni and AC Hotels. If you are driving or Ubering, there will be parking and a drop off spot in front of the residence. Following the end of the festivities, a shuttle will be transporting guests to the Omni Hotel. BUS SCHEDULE: 3:30pm - Buses will arrive at both the Omni and the AC Hotels 3:40pm - Buses will depart hotels to transport all guests to the wedding *Please note that this is the only departure time* 8:30pm-10:30pm - Buses will depart on the hour and half hour as needed to return to the Omni and AC Hotels 11:00pm - Final Bus departure to return everyone to the AC and Omni

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 4pm for a welcome refreshment. Ceremony begins at 4:30pm sharp.

Is there a dress code for the Wedding Day?

Answer

Formal / Black Tie Optional Attire. There will be grass, so please plan footwear ahead. Think of tuxedos or suits paired with fancy ties, and floor-length dresses or sophisticated cocktail dresses paired with elevated accessories. There is no strict color scheme so please feel free to have fun with your colors!

Is there a dress code for the Rehearsal Dinner and Night Before?

Answer

Cocktail Attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Omni hotel and the AC Hotel, both in downtown Louisville. Wedding day transportation will be provided to and from the Omni.

Although we love your little ones, the wedding is an adults only evening.

Answer

Due to the size of our guest list, we cannot accommodate extra people at the wedding. We only have spaces for the guests listed on your invitation.
