We have addressed the invitations to the people we would love to come. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure that you RSVP for yourself and your guest.

We love your children; however, we kindly ask that all attendees are adults--unless your children are specifically named in your RSVP.

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Friday, September 11th, 2026 It is important that we provide our vendors with an accurate final guest count within the time they have given us. Please help us by 'accepting' or 'declining' your RSVP by the deadline.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal/Cocktail attire You will have to make a ~10 minute walk on a dirt/gravel road from the parking lot to the ceremony location, so be mindful of the shoes you wear. However, if you are unable to make the walk, there will be escorts to drive you to the ceremony via golf cart or vehicle. Ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and reception will be indoors.

Yes! At the entrance of Camp Wokanda, there will be directional signs to lead you to the parking lot.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Plan to arrive by 2:30pm. This will allow you enough time to park, walk to the ceremony location, and be seated before the ceremony begins at 3:00pm. There will be directional signs to lead you to the ceremony location.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that all electronic devices are silenced and put away until after the ceremony. We have an amazing photographer to capture this special moment and wish to have your lovely faces (not your electronics) in the background of our photos. We will be sure to share the professional photos with everyone! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like! We would also love for you to share those pictures with us.

Reception will take place in the dining hall which is right next to the ceremony location.

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Yes! There will be appetizers provided during cocktail hour. And yes, there will be an open bar starting at cocktail hour and lasting throughout the night. We will have a variety of drinks for you to enjoy. We will have a pasta bar for dinner.
