Downtown Zakynthos is so much fun! It has shopping, tourist shops, cafes, ice cream shops, pastry and dessert shops, restaurants, bars, kiosks with homemade good, and so much more! Walk the streets of downtown Zakynthos and explore! Be sure to stroll through the Church of Saint Dionysios that dates back to 1708 and still houses sacred relics of our islands patron Saint Dionysios.

A neat cave in my mothers native village of Agalas. There is also a restaurant called Cave Damianos in Agalas that is high up in the mountains with the most breathtaking views and the most romantic sunset to watch while eating a delicious freshly prepared meal with the best house wine.
For the historian, visit the Solomos Museum in downtown Zakynthos to learn about the islands history and culture. In the village of Anafonitria is and old Monastery dating back to the early 1800s. Visit Bochali Hill and walk around the old Venetian Castle where just in front Dionysios Solomos wrote Greece's national anthem.
Some cool places to go with kids would be the Zante Water Village park, Caretta Caretta Water Park, and the Caretta Fun Park!
For those who love wine!
For the wine lovers!
This place is a must VISIT! Enjoy the best coffee and snacks on the island! The breathtaking views are indescribable! Also, say hi to my parents and feel free to spend time with them from our families property!
This beach is on the northern part of the island. It is known to be a natural spa because its sea caves release sulphur rich white water. Due to the sulphur content, most people visit because of the health benefits of the skin and joints. The smell is awful at first, but you quickly adjust and honestly the crystal clear water and feel of your skin and body is worth it.
This place is a historical landmark in Zakynthos. It has a large cross at the top of the hill that stands tall in memory of the victims of the Greek Civil War in the 1940s.
