The Krevati is an event that takes place where women decorate my bed for me by dressing it in a handmade bed spread my grandmother made for me for a wedding gift when I was born. People come and throw flowers, money, rice, Jordan almonds, and kids to give luck and celebrate the new couple to be married by honoring them and symbolizing prosperity, fertility, and the start of a beautiful new life together. It's going to be a great celebration party! There will be food, drinks, and desserts for everyone!

We are planning just to have a nice beach day and relax before the wedding the next day! We would love all of our friends to be with us and just have fun for the day! I am thinking in the evening we can all go to town and walk around, shop, and grab some dinner together and make it an early night in preparation for all the chaos!

The reception will be buffet style with plenty of food! There will also be a live band playing traditional Greek music with various singers. There will ALOT of traditional Greek dancing going on, so please join in and learn and just have fun!
