Taylor met the bride in middle school, where she would watch Alexa being loud, chaotic, and unapologetically herself and quietly wonder what on earth was going on with her. Despite that first impression, they quickly became inseparable. By high school, they were trusted with just their driving permits and still managed to turn every simple drive into an “adventure,” often convincing Taylor’s mom to tag along (and supervise) while they drove around town like they had everything figured out. Taylor has stood by Alexa’s side through every chapter since then—through the chaos of high school, the growing pains of college, breakups, tears, and countless memories in between. Their friendship has only deepened over the years, becoming something steady, grounding, and always full of laughter. From Taylor’s beautiful wedding in London to her honeymoon in Switzerland, Alexa has loved celebrating every milestone with her - and now especially loves watching her step into motherhood. Taylor’s husband has also become one of the groom’s closest friends, thanks to their shared humor and easy bond, making it clear these two couples are truly a built-in best friend group for life. And of course, the bride’s sister and mom have always been right there in the mix too, making everything feel like one big family!

From there, she never really left and quickly became part of the Ochoa family, whether she officially signed up for it or not. Over the years, Taylor has been there through all the highs, lows, and everything in between, always bringing her humor, loyalty and fun into every season of life. Known for her personality and unforgettable birthday scavenger hunts (nothing was ever simple or normal), Taylor has kept life fun and full of laughs since the beginning.

Alexis and Alexa met in middle school and quickly became inseparable—more like sisters than friends from the start. The two spent their teenage years running around town, going to parties, getting ready together for winter formal, attending cheer tryouts together, and sharing countless late-night sleepovers that rarely involved much sleep. At one point, Alexis moved away, but even that didn’t change a thing between them. If anything, it just gave them more reasons to stay close (and honestly, it’s probably okay she left… because Alexis ended up meeting the love of her life, who Alexa adores). They also share a surprising amount in common - both being middle children and the only daughters in their families, with an older and younger brother. Even more of a funny coincidence, their younger brothers even share the same name, something that still makes them laugh. Alexis has always had the most kind-hearted spirit, and despite everything she has faced in her own life, she has remained a steady, constant presence in Alexa’s world. They’ve traveled together, grown up together, and now get to watch each other step into new seasons of life. Alexis is now a mom, and seeing her in that role alongside her other half has been the sweetest full-circle moment for a friendship that truly feels like family.

Gerica and Alexa met in college, even though they went to high school just 15 minutes apart, were constantly in the same places, and somehow still didn’t officially meet until later. Once they did, it clicked instantly. They played softball together, which ended up being some of the funniest, most chaotic... and slightly traumatic moments of their college years. Gerica is strong, hardworking, and truly one of the sweetest friends you could have. The two share a love for a good gossip session over a margarita with chips and queso, along with countless memories, inside jokes (like “Mrs. President”), and way too many late college nights figuring life out together. Through all the ups, downs, boys, and everything in between, they’ve grown up side by side and both ended up finding the loves of their lives. Even now living in different states, Gerica still makes it a point to check in constantly, proof that distance hasn’t changed a thing about their friendship.

Caitlyn and Alexa met at Stephens College through their shared sorority, and it didn’t take long for them to become close - especially since Caitlyn was already best friends with Gerica. The three of them quickly became a trio full of chaotic and unforgettable college memories. From Alexa somehow waking up in Caitlyn’s bed one morning randomly speaking Spanish (despite definitely not speaking Spanish), to countless softball trips where they may or may not have been sneaking wine and pizza, there was never a dull moment. Through it all, Caitlyn was always the calm, level-headed “mom of the group,” keeping everyone grounded while still fully participating in the chaos. Now, as Caitlyn steps into motherhood, it’s just another example of how she’s always been the steady, caring presence in their lives—long before she officially became “mom.”

Koral and Alexa met so long ago that honestly, no one really remembers a specific “start," they’ve just always been there in each other’s lives. They spent countless summers at the pool and running around the small town of Dilley, Texas, living off pickles and snow cones, going to baseball games, and having endless sleepovers that felt like they would never end. Even with the distance that came from military life, Koral has remained a constant in the bride’s life no matter where she was stationed. In their 20s, they continued their tradition of spontaneous trips and travel adventures, always talking about the men they’d one day marry and what life would look like “someday.” From being two small-town girls to growing into adulthood, Koral has now stepped into motherhood herself and through every stage, one thing has never changed: they’ve always found their way back to each other.

Sarah met the bride on the very first day of their master’s program, and they pretty much instantly attached to each other. Over the next two years, they spent countless hours together through shared classes, assignments, and everything that comes with surviving grad school side by side. Sarah is one of those rare best friends who is amazing at staying in touch and always checking in. She’s consistent, organized, and on top of everything...basically everything Alexa is not, which somehow makes them the perfect match. The two also share a love for shopping, constantly sending links back and forth and enthusiastically encouraging each other’s questionable spending habits. Over time, they’ve grown into adulthood together, celebrating birthdays, milestones, and all the in-between moments that turned a school connection into a lasting friendship.

D’amoni met Alexa through family - she is engaged to Devin’s cousin - and from the very beginning, the two naturally stuck together at every family event. They bonded over their shared experiences and walking into the family together. What started as “the cousins’ girlfriends” quickly turned into a real friendship. Over the past few years, they’ve shared double dates, milestones, and plenty of life moments in between. D’amoni has become someone Alexa can always count on for a girls’ night, a good laugh, and a steady, level-headed perspective through life’s ups and downs. Now, their bond has grown beyond introductions and family ties - they’ve become more like cousins themselves. Alexa feels especially lucky to have family going through the same stages of life at the same time; it makes everything more fun, and it’s comforting to always have someone who truly understands and relates to the journey.
