The bride and groom met while working at Target - Alexa was in the front, and Devin was in the back. On his very first day, Alexa was actually the one who trained him, and from that moment on, Devin seemed to develop a sudden interest in “needing help” up front more often than necessary. Devin was quiet and kept to himself, but somehow always found a reason to make his way up front just to see her. He asked her out more than once (okay, a few times), and after a little persistence, Alexa finally said yes. From that first date on, they’ve been inseparable. Alexa is outgoing, talkative, and full of energy, while Devin is a man of few words, which is perfect because she usually uses them all anyway. Together, they balance each other out perfectly. She keeps things lively, he keeps things calm, and somehow it all just works. What started as a Target training shift turned into something a whole lot more meaningful. Since then, Alexa has earned her Master’s degree and has established a fulfilling career as a Social Worker, while Devin has continued building a strong and steady career in Human Resources. They bought their first tiny starter home, eventually moved into their family home, and are continuing to build a future full of love, laughter, and intention. Most importantly, they’re building the life they’ve always dreamed of. They are endlessly grateful for the love, support, and guidance of their families and friends, who have been with them every step of the way and helped shape the foundation of their story.
