LISSAN and Deven have known each other from the first day of high school and have been best friends since. After those amazing 4 years, they each went on to different colleges, but never really lost touch. They reconnected in New York and decided to become roommates and spent some of their very best "20 something year-old" moments in this cute and cozy apartment in Harlem. For 3 amazing years, they shared many nights trading off on who cooked and co-hosted "Thuggish Thursdays" (an excuse to have friends over and drink at home) a plenty. Throughout the years, they have remained best buds, having traveled abroad and having shared countless happy hours, birthday dinners and just because brunches.

KAITLYN has been Deven's "person" for the past 10 years. They met on a spring break trip to Miami that a mutual friend had arranged for them to go on and have been the bestest friends since. Whatever life brings, Deven can talk, cry, vent, and laugh with Kaitlyn about anything. She is also one of Deven's favorite people to road-trip with, trapeze with, rock-climb with, arts and craft with, make cookies with, enjoy noms with (especially sushi noms!) and literally do anything with. There also isn't any Groupon deal Deven and Kaitlyn haven't tried or aren't willing to try.

Deven met SAMANTHA while dating Nick at the very beginning of their relationship. She is like a sister to Nick and an awesome girlfriend to his Best Man and best friend Joseph Agudelo. Collectively, Samantha, Deven, Nick and Joe know each other as great friends and "homies". This nickname came about because for 3 exciting years, they were all roommates sharing a sweet duplex apartment in Kensington, Brooklyn.

GEORGIA is half the amazing duo "Geo and Nick", one of Deven and Nick's favorite couples. Nick introduced Deven to them 5 years ago on a weekend getaway where his Best Man "Greek Nick" proposed to Georgia, now his wife. Since then, Deven and Nick are blessed to have been part of Geo and Nick's own wedding party and have witnessed them crush the parenthood game with the birth of their daughters. Together, Deven and Nick have bonded with this dynamic duo over delicious food and craft brews, adventured on exciting day trips, and enjoyed many laid back "soft pants" nights in.
Joseph Agudelo
Best Man
JOE and Nick were introduced twice! Once in high school and a second time while auditioning for a job with FIVESTAR DJs. The very same company that will be DJing the wedding! It was their drive to work hard and play even harder that helped them bond and plan trips with their squad to places like Canada and Puerto Rico. Joe is always the first man on the dance floor and Nick is always there to drag him out at the end of the night. He is also one half of Nick and Deven's "Homies" (Samantha being the other half) whom they have lived together as roommates with their son Daniel. It was an experience that grew Nick and Deven's love as a couple, with game nights and Friends-Givings a plenty!

Nick and "GREEK NICK" (because he's Greek) met on the night of Joseph's 21st birthday. They hit it off immediately at the expense of Josephs liver! Greek Nick is the reason the Groom to be has such an appreciation for the craft beer scene. Many nights were spent raiding Beer Beer Beer store on 3rd Avenue, only to get up at the crack of dawn and go to the NYPD academy in tip top shape. Nick also taught Nick (see how confusing that can be?!) how to shoot, who in turn taught Deven. One time, the Nick's took a day trip to Pennsylvania together where they obtained an obscene amount of fireworks. It was then that Greek Nick told his buddy Nick that he was planning to propose to his now wife, Georgia!
Julian Monar

One of the shortest friendships, but one with a huge impact nonetheless. JULIAN and Nick through Joe. Joe at one point was Julian's babysitter! A shared love of the outdoors and food has further solidified this brotherhood. Julian is a rather huge fan of Nick's infamous cheese dip (it's a must have!). He has also been asked to be the Officiant for the wedding ceremony. Which is only fair, since Nick was the Officiant for Julian and his wife Estefania's wedding. Julian will joke and tease, but in the end he would give the shirt off his back if he thought it helped.
Anthony Carrano

ANTHONY and Nick met in Fort Hamilton High School's Theatre Program. They shared the stage alongside one another, as well as the dance floor. Just like Joe and Nick, he too worked for FIVESTAR DJ company. It was with Anthony and Joe, that Nick took his first daring experience of bungee jumping during a road trip to Canada! Anthony is a compassionate person, with equal drive to learn and teach at the same time. He works for the Department of Education and is an instructor in the Martial Arts. His family owns a dojo in Bay Ridge where they all grew up.
