Liberty Lake is our home! About 25 minutes East of Downtown, it has the nearest swimmable lake with a public beach, picnic area, and parking for $10 daily.
If you're staying downtown, walk the riverfront area for some great views of the river, shopping, and food. We recommend the Flour Mill, Boo Radley's, or Atticus to shop, and Cochinito or Wooden City to eat.
Manito has a beautiful variety of gardens, walking paths, a conservatory, and it's completely free to enter! We highly recommend exploring the Japanese Garden, then grabbing a snack at the Rocket Bakery or Huckleberry's market.
The Garland is a Spokane treasure, and a fun way to spend an afternoon. The Garland District has great shopping, restaurants, and bars, if you want to make a day of it!
One of our all-time favorite restaurants, in the Kendall Yards neighborhood. Their hummus is life-changing. Walking Kendall Yards gets you a great view of Downtown Spokane and the river, and you have the opportunity to pop in to stores with wine tastings, ice cream, pizza, and shopping.
Make sure to tell the boys at the Boneyard that we sent you... when it's time to party at the wedding, you might recognize a few of them as honored guests!
A breakfast/brunch favorite in Spokane Valley. Order the beignets!
