FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 15. Early responses are always appreciated!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to get settled from 3:30pm until the ceremony begins, promptly at 4pm. Welcome drinks and snacks will be waiting for you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire is preferred; please wear what makes you feel comfortable. Weather permitting, we expect to have the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors. September evenings can get a little chilly! When you choose your shoes, please note that some of the outdoor spaces have gravel and artificial turf.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re only able to extend plus-ones to guests who are married or in established relationships. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will appear when you RSVP. If you don’t see the option but feel we may have missed someone important in your life, please reach out to us. Thank you for understanding as we do our best to celebrate with as many loved ones as possible!

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, your little ones are loved ones too! We've added the children of invited guests to each RSVP; if you'd like to bring a child that isn't listed when you RSVP, please reach out to us.

Question

Can I bring my dog, cat, lizard, parakeet, etc?

Answer

Sorry, the only animals allowed are party animals.

Question

What should I do if I need to change my RSVP?

Answer

In the RSVP tab of the website, you can re-enter your party name, select the RSVP, and scroll to the bottom of the following page to select "Edit RSVP." If you're unsure about your RSVP to Brick West Brewing on Friday, September 11, don't sweat it! This event does not need a firm head count, and we will be happy to see you regardless of your RSVP status. For the wedding on September 12, we do appreciate an accurate RSVP so we can plan seating, meals, and all the details that make the day run smoothly. Thank you for helping us celebrate!

Question

Is there free parking?

Answer

Yes, there is a large gravel parking lot adjacent to the venue that will be clearly marked, and free of charge. Guests are encouraged to use rideshares if planning to enjoy the open bar.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Thank you for your interest! Please don't feel any obligation to gift; having you as a part of our day is plenty. If you're looking for a way to contribute to our married life together, please see the "Registry" tab for honeymoon, date night, and dog treat funds.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We'll have a buffet dinner with plenty of additional snacks throughout. We hope to provide enough variety to meet everyone's needs. If you have a specific concern, check this FAQ again as the event gets closer, and we'll add the buffet menu here.

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

You betcha! How else will we get you on the dance floor? If you plan to enjoy the open bar, please also plan to catch a rideshare or carpool. :)

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

We'd love to see you the evening before the wedding, Friday, at Brick West Brewing in downtown Spokane. Refer to the "Schedule" tab for details. This will be a casual get-together for some quality time before the big day! We plan to provide some snacks, but ask that you order drinks at the Brick West main bar. (At the wedding, though... drinks are on us!)
