In addition: Course 1: Soup - Lobster Bisque (or Italian Wedding for anyone with allergies) Course 2: Wedge salad (iceberg lettuce, fresh tomato, applewood smoked bacon, and crumbled blue cheese). Location will be in the Fins Conference Center room.
