When you land, there are two checkpoints to pass through customs—move quickly to avoid traffic jams. IMPORTANT: After customs, you will encounter people trying to sell timeshares. They can be very persuasive, but many tourists leave disappointed by their offers. We strongly recommend that you keep walking and head straight to the exit. Just outside the main doors, you'll find a bar where you can relax with a cold beer or margarita while you wait for your transportation. CHEERIO! Here’s a map to help you navigate the airport: https://vallartaincentives.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Airport-Map-VTI-6-1.jpeg
Airport Transportation for Playa Fiesta Guests: If you're staying at Playa Fiesta and arriving on March 26th on the 1:53 pm or 3:34 pm flight, we've arranged a large Sprinter van to take you to the hotel. The driver will be waiting outside the airport with a sign that says "Jessica and Deva's Wedding" and is from a company called Vallarta Transfers and Incentives. If you're arriving on a different flight and would like to book transportation with the same company, their contact information is below: Vallarta Transfers and Incentives ✉️ info@vallartaincentives.com Taxis: If you prefer to take a taxi, head to the authorized taxi stand located to the right outside the airport. They will provide you with a flat rate to the hotel and let you know which zone to wait in for your taxi. Be sure to show your ticket to the taxi service staff to confirm you're in the correct section. When you're ready to return to the airport, it’s easy to catch a taxi from any hotel. Note from Playa Fiesta: Playa Fiesta does not provide transportation but recommends Superior Tours for pickups from the airport to Playa Fiesta, regardless of group size. However, they only offer return transfers to the airport for groups of six or more. When booking, mention that you are staying at Playa Fiesta to receive the correct rate. Playa Fiesta has a steamer that stays in the wedding suite and couples/bridal party use it each week. They don’t suggest sending out clothing for the wedding only because it may not make it back in time and sadly the dry cleaners/pressing/steaming services in Puerto Vallarta aren’t very good. They don’t really have anyone at the hotel that is comfortable pressing such important pieces of clothing so they provide the steamer and you guys are are welcome to use it anytime. Also, there are irons & ironing boards in each room.
There are hair dryers in each room.
We love all your kids, but unfortunately, we have very limited space to accommodate them at our venue. We can only include children under the age of 2 and our close family. We are happy to help you think through childcare options, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us if we can help in anyway.
