The Cliff Walk is the perfect place for a shoreline walk, and you'll be able to see some of the famous Gilded Age Newport mansions.
If you're interested in exploring some of the architecture, art and landscape of Newport's history, there are tours of various Newport mansions. The Breakers is our favorite!
The ITHF is a great museum to visit if you're into tennis! If you're interested in playing tennis there, you can explore it on their website (you have to make a reservation and wear your tennis whites)!
For those that want to start the party early, Newport Vineyards is a quick drive from town. They offer a vineyard, brewery and restaurant with rotating events, such as tours and tastings.
We love Midtown for their fresh seafood and live music scene! It's also right on Thames Street, so perfect to pop into for lunch if you're walking around the town.
We "discovered" Wally's when we were in Newport with some friends and were looking for a nightcap after a long night. We stumbled into Wally's and found that they had an entire drink menu devoted to espresso martinis - if you know Ryan, it was love at first sip. We've been back many times to try all of the flavors and are always happily surprised!
Perro Salado is hands-down the best Mexican food in Newport! It's lively, authentic and has a long menu of specialty margaritas (in pitchers!) that do not disappoint.
We love popping into Nitro Bar for breakfast or afternoon pick me up. It's a cute little cafe that has lots of options! Dani's favorite drink is the orange latte.
Stoneacre has amazing sushi and craft cocktails. We love coming here for lunch or happy hour!
