Welcome Party

Coastal Cocktail Attire - Women can feel free to wear dresses or skirts of any length - flowy fabrics, light colors, and coastal-inspired prints are all welcome! Men can opt for dress pants or tailored shorts paired with a button-down or collared shirt. No ties needed!
Please join us for our welcome event hosted by Emery & Sheila Wilson! There will be some light bites served in addition to cocktails/drinks.

Ceremony

There will be champagne & music on the lawn prior to the ceremony beginning at 5 pm. There will be transportation provided from the 2 hotel blocks (The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina and the Sonesta Select). Bus 1 will depart from the Sonesta Select at 4:30 pm. Please be outside at 4:20 pm. Bus 2 will depart from Perrotti Park (outside of the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina, the hotel staff can direct you) at 4:40 pm. Please be outside at 4:30 pm. Bus 3 will depart from the Sonesta Select at 4:30 pm & stop at Perrotti Park at 4:40 pm for overflow. Please be outside at 4:20 pm and 4:30 pm, respectively. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the lawn. We encourage you to wear whatever footwear you find agreeable!

There will be transportation back to the hotel blocks (Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina and the Sonesta Select) as well as to the after party at Fastnet Pub. The first option for transportation home is at 10 pm, and the second option is after the reception concludes at 11:10 pm.
