We’re getting married!

Brittany had heard about Chad many times over the years but they had never spoken much and then one day Chad randomly text her. Single mom with a baby on her hip she thinks “this guy doesn’t know what he’s getting himself into.” LOL A movie date later and a lot of getting to know each other Chad asked Brittany to be his girlfriend on the floor in her living room on January 25, 2013. Treating her daughter Aubree as his own in such a short time and making it clear he was ready for a family she had to say YES!

Dating 7 years at this point this proposal was a long time coming! Chad gave Brittany a promise ring in 2015. NOW for the proposal. It was the day before Valentine’s Day and Chad bought Brittany flowers, a card, and candy. She was confused! She asked him if he knew it wasn’t Valentine’s Day! Chad said yes he just wanted to give it to her early. Brittany didn’t give it a second thought. Then the next day, Valentine’s Day (one of Britt’s favorite holidays). It was towards the end of the work day and Chad comes into Brittany’s office with something behind his back. He pulls out flowers and a bag! He then gets down on one knee and gives a cute little speech and then asks Brittany to marry him and of course the answer was YES with hugs and tears!
