Our wedding will take place on Sunday, April 26, 2026. As part of our wedding package, there is a 3-night minimum stay, but we recommend guests stay for four nights between April 24–28, 2026 to enjoy the full celebration! • Minimum stay: 3 nights • Maximum stay (with group discount): 9 nights (April 21–30, 2026) To attend the wedding, all guests must book through our group website using the link below. If you need assistance, we’ve teamed up with Gina (GWA Travel Collective) to help with all accommodations and travel arrangements. Your reservation and $500 deposit counts as your RSVP, & ensures you’ll be included in our wedding events, and locks in the discounted group rate. When booking, you’ll have two options: • Pay in full at the time of booking, or • Hold your reservation with a $500 deposit Payment Deadlines: • Deposit due: January 15, 2025 • Final payment due: February 15, 2026 We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make unforgettable memories together! 💕

Booking with Gina - please provide her with: • Everyone’s names exactly as they appear on passports • Dates of birth Gina can then provide quotes and assist with booking your airfare.

By completing your reservation, you are agreeing to the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions. Reserved Rooms: Flexible rate plan reservations cancellations during December 24 - 31 of every year: no charges or fees will apply if canceling their booked rooms more than 31 days prior to Check-in. If the Room is canceled or changed within 30 days before check-in, a 3-night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded. Room changes made within 30 days of check-in will automatically switch the reservation to a Pay in Full and Save (non-refundable) rate. Cancellations for the rest of the year, except Blackout dates stated above, will apply as follows: If the Room is canceled more than four days before check-in, no charges or fees will apply. If the Room is canceled within 3 days before Check In, a 1- night payment penalty will apply and will not be refunded. Flexible rate plan reservations: room changes (up to one change permitted per room) made within 3 days of check-in will automatically switch the reservation to a Pay in Full and Save (non-refundable) rate. If the room is canceled after this change, there will be no refund. Pay in Full and Save rate plan: this is a non-refundable plan, and the total amount of the reservation will be charged immediately at the time of booking. Room changes are not allowed. If the room reservation is cancelled, the total amount will not be reimbursed. Not applicable to the standard room category of the resort, only applicable to room category upgrades. Early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of the confirmed reservation. If any guest leaves the Resort before the date of checkout, any payment already made by the guest, as applicable, will not be reimbursed and will be charged for the totality of the reservation made. In the event of no- shows by any guest of the Group, the payment made will not be refunded, and the total amount will apply as a cancellation charge.
