What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal / Dressy Attire. Ladies should wear cocktail attire, and the gentlemen should wear pants with a collared shirt. Be mindful we will be outside, so ladies wear comfortable heels. Gentlemen are recommended to wear short-sleeved shirts. No t-shirts/ Hawaiian prints please. Feel free to wear colors that correspond to the wedding theme- light sage green (groom’s side) and pale pink (bride’s side).

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour and Reception will all be outdoors (weather-permitting).

Does the resort offer COVID testing for re-entry back to the United States?

Answer

All departures to the U.S. are required to take a COVID-19 test for re-entry. Sandals resorts have arranged the ability for complimentary COVID-19 antigen testing at the resort. Tests will be conducted by approved and practiced medical professionals with maximum convivence and minimal distraction to your overall vacation. This will be scheduled once you arrive and completed within 72 hours prior to your departure, as your results will be available within 24-48 hours.

What is the cancellation policy with the resort?

Answer

If you are cancelling 31 days or more prior to arrival, you will get a full refund on the room (including the $95 deposit). For additional details about Sandals' cancellation policy, please contact our wedding concierge Marie at csmith@uvltd.com.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #DestinationDelgado so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. There are also a few other events you can attend beforehand. These are mentioned on the "Events" tab on the website.
