Once you receive your paper invitation in the mail, please formally RSVP by the date listed (May 15th). Since our vendors require final headcounts, we will not be able to accommodate late responses.
Our wedding is Thursday, September 4, 2025 in Kapolei, Hawai'i. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all on Ocean Lawn at the Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina. The ceremony begins at 4pm, and the evening ends at 10pm.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your save the date and wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, either their name or "and guest" will be listed there and on the RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly request you to wear semi-formal attire (with an island twist). Men are encouraged to wear dress pants or chinos, dress shoes, and either a Hawaiian shirt or a button-down. Jackets and ties are not required. Women are encouraged to wear midi/maxi length dresses or dressy jumpsuits. Fun prints and colors welcomed! For both genders, please avoid jeans, sneakers, anything above the knee (shorts, mini dresses, etc.), flip flops, and colors like whites, creams, champagnes, and ivories. Children who are invited will be included by name on their formal invitation and save the date. For those of you who will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely, especially during the ceremony. We will have plenty of kid-friendly food options available at the reception!
Yes! The only request we make is to please put your phones away and have them silenced during the ceremony. We have a photographer and videographer to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." However, feel free to take photos during the ceremony exit down the aisle and throughout the rest of the evening! We would love to see the memories you've captured.
We recommend arriving around 3:30pm (30 minutes before our ceremony). This will give you time to park, go to the restroom, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter. For those taking the shuttle to our venue, buses will be leaving Waikiki no later than 2:30pm.
If you're staying near Waikiki, many attractions are either walkable or easy to get to via bus, but a car will be necessary to explore areas like the North Shore. If you're staying near the venue, there are plenty of beaches, but most of the tourist spots and big shopping centers are further away. Regardless, if you're looking to get the most out of the island, we recommend renting a car during your time here!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors (weather permitting). Since the venue is right by the ocean, it gets a little breezy at night. Make sure to dress accordingly!
Hawai'i generally enjoys warm, tropical weather year-round, with temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s Fahrenheit (24-30°C). Humidity tends to be low (especially compared to DC and New York...). The temperature drops a little in the evening but remains mild and comfortable. Feel free to bring a light sweater with you if you think you'd need it.
We are having a buffet style dinner, so hopefully everyone will be able to compile a meal that will make them happy. If you have specific concerns or allergies, please note them in your RSVP.
