Arrival to the Wedding: 4:10pm @ Plaza de Mamelon (Marqués de Casa-Domecq, 6, 11402 Jerez de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain) --> Hotel Barcelo Montecastillo (Barceló Jerez Montecastillo & Convention Center; Calle Nueva Vía Montecastillo Carretera, Km. 6, 11400 Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz, Spain) --> 5:00pm @ Hacienda Las Mesas (wedding venue) Departure from the Wedding: 1:20am from Hacienda Las Mesas (wedding venue) --> Hotel Barcelo Montecastillo --> Plaza de Mamelon (Jerez Center) *If you plan to leave the wedding reception earlier than 1:20am, we recommend the following taxi company: TeleTaxi Jerez (website: https://www.teletaxijerez.com/ , email: reservas@teletaxijerez.com , phone: (+34) 956 334 860, (+34) 956 329 396, (+34) 657 804 545 (Whatsapp)) Taxis can also be called by the house manager from the hacienda spontaneously/on the night of the wedding. Cash/Euros is recommended for taxi ride payments.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We are requesting an 'Elevated Cocktail' dress code, so think sophisticated yet relaxed. Gentlemen, opt for sharp suits or dress pants with a stylish blazer, while ladies can go for chic cocktail dresses or dressy separates. As the wedding will be held outdoors, guests should consider their shoe choices for walking on grass, cobblestone, or dirt while planning their outfits. Please reserve white and red for the bride. Please keep in mind that Southern Spain in October can still be quite warm, with temperatures typically ranging from 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F). Feel free to showcase your personal style within this elegant theme. We're looking forward to celebrating with you in your best attire!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We wish we could include everyone, however due to limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding an adults only (21+) event.

Question

I'm traveling from the USA - how long does my passport need to be valid for?

Answer

Spain, and most European countries, require passports to be valid for six months beyond your travel date. Application or renewal takes about 10-12 weeks, so we recommend checking and updating passports well in advance to avoid travel disruptions. If you have any questions, feel free to ask—we want your journey to our celebration to be smooth!

Question

Do you have any travel recommendations?

Answer

For wedding guests seeking pre- or post-celebration adventures in Southern Spain, consider exploring the enchanting city of Seville with its Moorish architecture and lively tapas scene, discovering the rich history of Granada with its iconic Alhambra Palace, or unwinding on the sun-kissed beaches of Costa del Sol in charming towns like Marbella and Nerja.
