Another special lady to the Bride, aka BESTIE. Tiffany and Desi have seen some mountain and valley's together. Tiffany embraced the Bride while she finished up undergrad and also attributed to helping to build Desi' confidence as a young lady. They learned so much from each other. It is without question that she would join her at the altar.

Georgia and the Bride met in Undergrad their Freshman year, and instantly they became more like Family. They have both seen each other through some great times and important moments in life. Georgia, is one who has been like a rock to the Bride no matter how far apart they may have lived from one another. Desi knew that one day Georgia would be apart of this special occasion before it would even happen.

Talisha and the Bride met when Desi relocated to Oakland, CA as a teenager. Another one who became a sister from another mother. The mother of the Bride, affectionately calls Talisha her second daughter. So you can see, how close they have become over the years. 21 years of friend/sistership between the two. There is no doubt she wouldn't be excluded from the party and right by the brides side.

The younger brother to the Groom. Do we need to go on anymore? A brotherly bond that goes beyond compare. Tyler, will be standing along side the Groom as he greets his Bride.

The son of Hostess Kendra Brown and Usher Vernon Brown. This is the second cousin to the Groom, and the youngest in the party. What a Joy this little fella brings to everyone he connects with. We know that he will bring that same Joy into the ceremony as he has the duty of carrying the rings that will exemplify the love and joy shared between the Bride and the Groom.

Another younger brother to the Groom. The Groom loves his brothers and is truly a family man. He would not have it any other way than to have both his brothers by his side.

Brother of the Bride. He deserves a space to stand at the aisle. As he has literally seen the bride grow from an infant to an adult, and even gave the Bride her middle name. We'll give him a chance to walk down the aisle with the lovely couple.

This precious jewel right here is the 1st cousin to the Groom, and a former dance student of the Bride. It was definitely a must to have this vivacious little lady a part of the wedding party. She will stand with the Bride and the rest of her party.

This vibrant young lady is one of our Flower Girls. She is the granddaughter of a great friend of the Bride and Groom. Both the bride and groom have become quite fond of Sumari Kai. She is one who doesn't mind striking up a conversation with you to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. The couple could not resist asking the charismatic little lady to be one of their flower girls.

A gentleman that is truly one of a kind. He is the cousin of the Groom by marriage, the husband of Hostess Kendra Brown, and Father of the Ring Bearer. It is truly a Family Affair, and the bride and groom would have it no other way. The couple is glad to have this fine guy to escort the important women in the family down the aisle as they support the bride and groom on their special day.

Kendra decided to write her own description: How do I know these two? Maybe the question is, how could I not! Tj has been in my life, all of my life. We’re graced to be 1st cousins. He’s always been the lover in the family meanwhile everyone else is hollering, “boy if you don’t gone somewhere!” You have to love him. Desi and I met in ministry several years back. Seen the highs and lows of life’s journey together. Needless to say, I know this marital journey has been the greatest highlight. Love you guys.

Both the bride and groom desired for Jaylaa to accompany them as apart of the wedding party who has a heart for people and most of all family. This charismatic lady is not just a friend but family to the Bride, whom the bride affectionately calls "MJ." She is the younger sister of Maid of Honor Georgia Sawyer. The Bride first became friends/family to the maid of honor, but she really gained two for one. Of course, she met MJ while the Bride was in undergrad, and it was almost immediate that the bond was more like family than a friend. MJ, will serve as Hostess of the wedding day. The Bride and Groom couldn't be happier to have these lovely, ladies and gents to walk with them on that day.

What can we say about this Phenom of a Lady. Undeniably, a woman of EXCELLENCE and ELEGANCE. She is another that is connected to the Bride, whom she considers family. The Bride and Jasmine met while attending Undergrad. The Bride took Jasmine under her wing her freshmen year in school, but Jazzy did not stay there long. Jasmine, got her footing quickly and flourished into a Woman who loves family and building community. She has also served in numerous leadership roles across the community and throughout the Greensboro/Triad area. It was no doubt that the Bride would have any question of who should be the one to direct and guide her through the wedding planning process.

This lovely little lady is the second cousin to the Bride, and the daughter of her first cousins Rex and Megan Coker. The Bride is so elated to have this bundle of love apart of the wedding. She will have the pleasure of laying down the bed of roses along with 2 other flower girls.
