When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As Soon As Possible! You don't have to wait until you receive a formal wedding invitation. Go to the RSVP tab and confirm/deny your attendance. RSVP is due by July 19, 2021.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your formal invitation (not the Save the Date) will list everyone that we have invited to our wedding. You can also search the name in the RSVP tab. If there isn't a name listed, you will be flying solo, but we have some amazing friends and family, so you'll definitely still have a blast. If there is a name that you feel should be included, please reach out to us!

Can I swap out my plus one for someone else?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire- please remember that the ceremony will be outside with chairs on the grass and the cocktail hour/reception will be outside, but under a covered pavilion. We will also have lawn games to enjoy!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love kids-we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! We made this an Adult Only wedding unless the child is in wedding party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. The ceremony location is 15 mins from the hotel, but feel free to pair up and take an Uber or Lyft. We want everyone to have safe fun at our wedding!

Will there be parking available?

Answer

Yes, the venue has a huge parking lot and it’s free!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

As long as weather permits, our ceremony will be held outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be held under a pavilion with the sides opened.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are only registered through Zola, so feel free to search through our Wedding Registry tab. We also welcome any outside gifts!

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

In short, no. This is will be an “Unplugged Ceremony”. We ask that you kindly turn off you phones during the wedding ceremony and refrain from taking pictures/videos. We have a professional photographer and videographer on hand to capture all the special moments and want you to be fully present. We appreciate your cooperation!

YES! Absolutely! Remember to use the hashtag #ThisIsHughes if you post anything on social media, so it’ll be easier to find.
