One of our all time favorite hikes in Asheville- we even did our engagement photos here! Black Balsam Knob is a beautiful hike with 360 views the entire way. The hike is ~1 hour outside of Asheville and the views along the way are INCREDIBLE! Take your time and stop off at the overlooks for pictures, and don't forget to peep the sunset if you can. Black balsam is also a great place to camp if you are into backpacking! This is one of many incredible hikes in Asheville. Please reach out to us if you want more recommendations!
