What is the color scheme?

Answer

We understand the stress of not wanting to wear the same color as the bridesmaids. No worries, our color is a burnt orange/terracotta!

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our Wedding ceremony and reception, we are asking guests to dress in cocktail attire (Cocktail attire is a semi-formal dress code that strikes a balance between casual and formal. Ladies, think dresses or jumpsuits. Gentleman, think suits).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to RSVP by Friday, August 1st. We are planning on scheduling shuttles and need additional time to plan for our guest's arrival and departure time to best accommodate everyone coming from out of state.

Am I allowed to bring my kids?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that you make arrangements for a child-free evening. To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

We want to spend as much time with our friends and family as we can. With that, our venue will ask our party to leave by 12:00am!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Our hotel block is at the Best Western in Lapeer. This is also where the couple will be staying as well! If you would like a little more privacy, you are welcome to stay at the Holiday Inn in Lapeer.

Do I need to stay at the hotels listed on your travel page?

Answer

You are welcome to stay wherever you want! However, our shuttles will only be picking guests up from the Best Western or the Holiday Inn in Lapeer and transporting guests to and from the venues.

What is the best way to get around?

Answer

We will have a carefully planned shuttle schedule for our guests. Shuttles will take guests to and from each venue. For those who are out of state and need to be picked up at the Detroit Airport, Deryn will assist you with free pick ups. You are welcome to use these shuttles, rent your own car, or use Uber/Lyft if they are available.
