What are the COVID protocols?

Answer

While we will not be checking for proof of vaccination at the wedding, we do ask you to follow basic public safety practices: - Up-to-date* with your COVID vaccines - Follow CDC guidelines while traveling (wear a mask) - If you are not vaccinated, wear a mask indoors and social distance - Do not attend if you are not feeling well Some places in Seattle still ask for proof of vaccination, so please be prepared with your vaccination card (or copy) or a recent negative test to ensure the best experience. *You are up to date if you have completed a COVID-19 vaccine primary series and received the most recent booster dose recommended by CDC.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:30 pm, but you are welcome to arrive as early as 5:00 pm to grab your seat and a glass of champagne.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Cocktail attire is suggested. Please see the schedule for other events and dress codes.

Yes! Please RSVP with any diet restrictions or special requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The Woodmark Hotel offers complimentary self-parking. Proceed to the hotel, and the garage entrance is to the left of the roundabout.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

While we do not have pre-arranged transportation to the wedding, we are planning to offer Lyft vouchers. Details to come.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The wedding will be an adult-focused evening. However, we do have some couples that are traveling a long way and some children will be in attendance. Keep in mind we do not have entertainment for the young ones, so they might not want to attend our boring adult party. We welcome children at the rehearsal dinner, boating on Lake Union, and the bbq!
