What is the address to the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The address for the location of the ceremony and reception will be provided to you upon your confirmed RSVP that you will be attending the ceremony and reception. The location is Nashville, TN.

Can I bring a guest if I do not have a plus one on my invitation?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate the individuals which we have invited. If you did not receive a plus one, please do not bring a guest. If you need to confirm whether you can bring an additional guest, please contact Demi or Danielle Scott.

Can I bring my child or children?

Answer

Due to limited space and venue, this is an adult only event.

I'm unsure if I can come, what should I do?

Answer

If you have received an invitation and aren't sure if you can come, we ask that you go ahead and RSVP no and not attend the wedding. We are required to give the venue a certain number of guests and if guests cancel last minute for whatever reason, it can cause difficulty for Demi and Derrick. We are happy to accommodate those invited to come, however, we do ask that if you RSVP yes, you are 100% certain that you are coming.

I didn't receive an invitation, can I still attend the wedding?

Answer

If you did not receive an invitation, you may not attend. We are only able to accommodate the individuals which we have invited.

Do I RSVP online or by mail?

Answer

You may RSVP on this website. Please only RSVP for the number of guests invited on your invitation.

I received a reminder to RSVP, what does this mean?

Answer

If you receive a reminder to RSVP from Demi, Derrick, or from this website it means you have not given an answer by way of RSVP. We ask that you do so by June 1, 2025. Should you not RSVP by that date, we will assume you are not attending and we will not be prepared to accommodate you at our wedding.

I didn't RSVP but I still want to attend the event, what do I do?

Answer

Prior to June 1, 2025, you may still RSVP. Unfortunately after June 1, 2025, we will not be able to accommodate you.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 5:15 p.m. on July 12th. The ceremony will begin a little before 6 p.m. We ask that you are in your seat by 5:45 p.m.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden attire. If you have concerns on whether the outfit you would like to wear fits in the dress code, please contact Danielle Scott or Rob Yeoman.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?

Answer

Beer and Wine will be provided at the cocktail hour and reception.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking. However, alcohol will be served at this event and we recommend and request that you use a rideshare or taxi service to the event if you intend to drink alcohol. We want all of our guests to have fun but we also want everyone to be safe and keep other drivers on the road safe.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are requesting an unplugged ceremony so please no photos or phone use during the the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and videographer who will capture the day perfectly and we do not want phones to get in the way of any of their shots. For the reception, yes. Take all the pictures you want at the reception. Disposable cameras will also be provided and we ask that you take pictures with those as well.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors (weather permitting). The cocktail hour will be outdoors (weather permitting). The reception will be in an air conditioned barn.

Is there a link to the wedding registry?

Answer

As mentioned on our registry page, we are not providing a registry and we ask guests who would like to provide a gift do so with a donation to our honeymoon fund. Venmo QR codes will be provided at the wedding. See the Registry page on this website for more information.

Answer

We have a hotel block for individuals who would like to stay in the hotel on the travel page of this website. Otherwise, anywhere in Nashville you are comfortable.

Answer
