Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM, please arrive at least before 2:45 PM in order to find a seat, get settled, and mingle with other guests before the ceremony begins. Seating for the ceremony will begin at 2:15 PM.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you put your cameras and phones away during the ceremony itself, but beforehand and during cocktail hour, and the reception feel free to snap photos of your experience of our special day. Be sure to tag them with #WestThingIEverHad on social media.

Is it okay if I bring my children?

Answer

We love children, we really do. However, we'd greatly appreciate it if you would respect our wishes of a child-free reception unless we have discussed otherwise.

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors.

What should/could I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We will be having a cocktail hour during the two events to allow our guests to have a quick bite to eat and mingle. The cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony.

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

NEVER! Just kidding, the reception will end approximately around 9:00 pm.
