Due to the area having many different lodging options that offer different experiences, there is no hotel reservation block. Instead, we encourage you to explore the area and choose a place that will accommodate the experience you are looking for! There are plenty of lake houses to rent, trendy downtown Traverse City hotels, the Leelanau Sands Casino & Lodge, cute motels, no frills log cabins at the Wild Cherry, and the Great Wolf Lodge that is great for families with young kids!

This is the most convenient airport to fly into but can be more expensive.

This is probably the more affordable option while still being a manageable drive up north. The drive from Grand Rapids to Traverse City is about 150 miles or about a 2 1/2hr drive.
