Semi-Formal Attire Tuxes and gowns are welcome, as are suits, cocktail dresses, or a collared button-down with slacks. Jackets and ties are optional. Cowboy hats welcome. The ceremony site and cocktail party are outdoors, weather permitting, so please dress warmly. Pre-ceremony appetizers and reception are indoors. 1:30 pm - Bar Opens 2:00 pm - Pre Ceremony Appetizers 3:00 pm - Start heading to the Ceremony Site ( 1.4 miles away ) 3:30 pm - Ceremony Starts 4:00 pm - Cocktail Hour in the Courtyard at the Forest House Lodge 5:30 pm - Bridal Party Entrance 6:00 pm - Dinner Reception 7:30 pm - Dance Floor Opens 8:30 pm - Cake Cutting 10:00 pm - DJ Goes Home, After Party Opens, Late-Night Snacks 2:00 am - Bar Closes 6:00 am - After Party Closes
