When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask you to reply by 1 June 2025, so we are able to provide accurate counts to our vendors in a timely manner.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at 4:00pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please detail any restrictions in your RSVP so we are able to accommodate you with our vendors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask everyone to dress formal for the day’s events. This would include long dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits for women and suits for men. Tuxedos aren't necessary, but please no jeans or sneakers please! The ceremony will be on grass, so we recommend being mindful of your shoe choices. The bridal party will be wearing a variety of dark blue dresses, so we ask you to refrain from this color if you don't want to match. We also kindly ask you not to wear white or ivory out of respect for the bride.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue on Briscoe Street, Selby Street, and Inspiration Lane adjacent to the venue located at 320 Kent Square Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland. The ceremony and reception will take place at the same location.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at the Courtyard Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center for your convenience. There are a variety of other hotels in the area including SpringHill Suites Gaithersburg and Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center. Guests are welcome to book an AirBnB or VRBO instead if desired.

While we love your little ones, we have chosen to have an adults only event. Each invitation has been carefully considered and is addressed to the intended guest.
