What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors open at 4:00 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. We encourage guests to arrive early to allow time for parking and seating. Seating inside the ceremony hall is limited, so arriving on time will help ensure a seat. An overflow area will be available just outside the hall, where cocktail hour will be taking place, so you will still be able to follow along and enjoy the celebration.

Our wedding will take place at The Hamptons Event Center in Red Oak, TX. Please check the schedule tab or your RSVP page for the full address and details.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is one main parking lot at the venue. We encourage carpooling when possible to make parking easier for everyone. Alcohol will be served at the reception, so please plan ahead for a safe ride home.

Is there a dress code?

We kindly request formal attire for our wedding. Our preferred color palette includes black, browns, and reds. While not required, we would love for guests to dress within these tones or complementary colors to help bring our wedding vision to life.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we would be happy to have them join. Otherwise, we ask that you attend solo.

Yes, children are welcome! We just ask that parents remain mindful of their little ones throughout the ceremony and reception, so the day stays enjoyable, safe, and special for everyone.

Cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the turf immediately following the ceremony. Drinks and light bites will be available while we transition into the reception.
