Written in the stars long before either of them were born, their lives were intertwined through prayers and blessings. Praying for another child, Kristopher's mother requested her pastor Bishop Green to pray over her pregnancy for her to receive a son, to which she was blessed to have her prayers answered and had Kristopher who she cherished dearly. During that same time Deria too was born in Dallas, Texas into her loving family. As they grew, their lives were close but never crossing as they spent an abundance of time participating in little league football and cheer and attending schools closely until they met in high school freshman year. From then, as if fated, their schedules drew them nearer to one another consistently placing them in courses together until senior year when their relationship began. From then, they attended their prom, winter ball, and graduation together and even began college at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor working hard and being successful. After many years of being together and meeting each other family, Kristopher's mother told the story of her prayers to Deria's mother and in that moment they realized how intertwined their fates really were. During the story, Deria's mother discovered that the bishop that prayed for Kristopher's birth was none other than her Grandfather. From little league, high school, and college, to being prayed into each other's families. This love story is one not of coincidence but a pair that was meant to be.
