Book all flights in/out of the St. Thomas Airport (STT) We often fly direct from JFK to STT. However, there are flights from PHL and EWR.

If you choose to rent a car for your trip, we highly recommend booking a rental car through hotwire.com ahead of time. Budget, Hertz, and Avis all have locations at the airport making it easy to grab your car and go once you arrive. FYI - Cars drive on the left side of the road.

Travel Note

TAXI & SHUTTLE

(CASH ONLY) There are plenty of taxi services available at the airport that will take you to your accommodations. The taxi service from the airport to Redhook can range from $15-20 a person. When getting around Red Hook, taxies request a flat rate of $5-6 a person. The island offers a $1 shuttle that loops the island and stops outside most resorts every 30 min. This can be a unique way to see a lot of the island but can be a slower means of transportation. We have yet to try this way ourselves.

There so many great options for VRBO rentals on or near Sapphire Beach/Red Hook. We highly recommend this option for anyone that would like to stay near the bride and groom. 1-2 bedroom condos & larger houses are available ranging from $100-$1000

SAPPHIRE BEACH RESORT & MARINA

This is where the Bride and Groom will be staying. There are a lot of condos available at Sapphire Beach Resort, Sapphire Village, and Crystal Cove that are all within walking distance to the wedding ceremony and reception.
