Relation: Younger Brother of the Groom About Brandon: Brandon is Derek's younger brother. Anyone that knows Brandon knows that he has heart of gold, and will take time out of his day to help anyone who needs it. Brandon and I became close during the time that we lived together. That bond grew stronger when I bought a new lawn mower so Brandon was able to volunteer to mow the lawn before me each time. Brandon was the first one that I asked to be apart of the wedding due to the impact he has made on both of our lives.

How long we've known each other: 2014 Relation: College Friend About Dakota: Dakota and I met during our sophomore year of college and became fast friends over Halloween weekend. Dakota and I bonded over trips to the Co-op, wheat grass shots, and downtown shopping. She also supported every new health craze I was into. Dakota is a calming influence and talked me down off the ledge after I failed my first exam in college and thought I was going to end up homeless. We were roommates my senior year, and she has been a great friend since. Dakota is a new mama, and I am so excited to have her apart our big day.

Relation: Older Brother of the Groom About Kyle: Kyle is Derek's older brother. Kyle is a great father, and always caring for his family and supporting others. He is willing to lend whenever it is needed, and knows where the best deals are. Recently helping me score new patio doors for a fraction of the price.
Katie Cole

How long we've know each other: 1998 Relation: Childhood Friend About Katie: Katie and I met during Sunday school and in dance class when we were only 3. We grew up just a couple miles from each other and played Volleyball together during middle and high school. In college, we spent summers going to the Albert Lea county fair and have never missed a New Year's Eve hanging out. After college, we have gone on several vacations together including: Country Jam, New York, Chicago, Thailand, and Miami. Katie is a foodie and we've tried so many new foods together including bugs when we were in Thailand. She is an awesome friend, and I'm so excited to have her be apart of our big day!

Relation: Friend of the Groom About Joe: Joe is one of Derek's longest friends, and has always been there for him. Joe is one of the most sincere guys you'll meet. Derek and Joe were known to get in trouble when they hung out back in the day, and had several fun nights together. Joe's family has always been like Derek's second family and have always been supportive. Joe is a great guy that anyone would be honored to have by their side.

How long we've known each other: 2006 Relation: Childhood Friend About Kayla: Kayla and I became have arguably known each other from dance class in elementary, however, became we great friends during volleyball in sixth grade. We went to volleyball camp together at St. Olaf and never missed a summer of 'milking' at the fair. Kayla and I were known to own the dress-up-days (as seen in the picture). Kayla is always unexpected and will always tell you like it is. I'm so excited to see what she says in her speech at the wedding, but so happy that she is apart of our big day!

How long we've known each other: 1996 Relation: Brother About Nicholas: Nicholas is my (Noelle's) younger brother; we are only a year and 15 days apart in age. When we were growing up summers were always spent building new hay forts and adventuring around the farm. Nicholas is known for his great sense humor and his knee slapper jokes. Derek and I had so much fun being apart of his wedding in December, and can't wait for them to be apart of ours!!

How long we've known each other: 2018 Relation: Sister-in-Law About Meredith: Meredith and I actually met when she was on her first date with my brother, at his senior fraternity formal. She has been the perfect addition to our family and we couldn't have asked for a better partner for my brother. Derek and I had so much fun during the wedding festivities for her wedding in December, and are so excited for them to be apart of ours!

Relation: Friend of the Groom About Kory: Kory and Derek are good friends from high-school. They connected over going out to lunch during high-school. Derek and Kory connected over being huge Milwaukee Buck's fans and dreamed of the day they would see the championship. Last year when they won the championship they definitely had allergies hugging in the Rusty's parking lot. Kory also gets frustrated with Derek's spot on sports analysis.

How long we've known each other: 1995 Relation: Cousin About Nicole: Nicole is my older cousin, and we always had so much fun when we got together as kids. She is a great mama to four adorable kiddos. She will always tell you like it is, and I'm so excited that she is going to be apart of our big day!

Relation: Friend of the Groom About Nate: Nate and Derek became good friends in high-school. They connected through watching sports and taking occasional golfing trips. They've also always been competitive when it comes to analyzing sports. Sometimes Nate gets frustrated because Derek has such good sports 'hot takes'. Derek and Nate stayed close and Derek stood up in his wedding. Nate has started his own family and is out enjoying the dad life.

How long we've known each other: 2007 Relation: Younger Sister About Holly: Holly is my younger sister and has been so much fun to watch grow. She was born when I was in 7th grade, and was such a sport traveling around to weekend volleyball tournaments for my brother and I. It has been a blast watching her grow up and seeing her spunky personality form! She an avid runner and competes in Cross-Country and Track, and also takes after me playing the Trombone. I'm so excited for her to be apart of our big day!

Relation: Noelle's Cousin's Son About Noah: Noah is my cousin's, Brandon and Nicole's, oldest child. Noah is so smart, and it was so fun to watch him tear up the dance floor at my brothers wedding. We are so excited that he is going to be a part of our big day!

Relation: Niece of the Groom About Ellie: Ellie is Derek's brother, Kyle's, daughter. Ellie is such a fire cracker and lights up all of our family gatherings. She has the heart of both her uncles, however, Derek says it's safe to say he's the favorite (sorry Brandon). Derek and I are so excited to have her be apart of our big day!

About Giannis: Giannis is Noelle and Derek's younger dog. Giannis is 4 years old. Giannis is our athlete and loves playing fetch and taunting Lambeau with the ball running around trees before bringing it back. He also loves going on walks and runs with Noelle. Giannis can be a little stinker, but is cute and easily forgiven. Derek thinks that sometimes Noelle has too soft of a spot for the dogs, but how can you not give treats to a face like that. Unfortunately, Giannis will not be able to attend the big day, but keep an eye out for his favorite treat at the dog treat bar.

About Lambeau: Lambeau is Noelle and Derek's older dog. Lambeau is 5 years old. Lambeau is a big love bug and loves to be close to the action. He also never turns down the opportunity to try and get some pets. Lambeau is a big snuggler, and loves to sleep on Derek's side of the bed when Derek's at work. Lambeau has an intimating bark, but will love on anyone as long as they give pets and treats. Unfortunately, Lambeau will not be able to attend the big day, but keep an eye out for his favorite treat at the dog treat bar.

About Cleo: Cleo is Noelle and Derek's cat. Cleo is 6 years old, and a super fun cat. Noelle got Cleo from a co-worker when she worked at the Ocean Spray in Tomah, WI. Cleo has been an absolute princess and such a sweet cat. Unfortunately, Cleo will not be able to attend the big day, but keep an eye out for her favorite treat at the treat bar.

Dog of Honor
Bobby is a Newfoundland puppy, and joined the family in July of 2022. Bobby was named after Noelle's favorite Milwaukee Bucks player. He is a ball of fire and is growing like a weed. He is already over 45lbs!! Bobby LOVES a good marrow bone and barking at everything. He is a natural in the water and loves to go swimming (even if it means splashing in his water dish).
