Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Onalaska and Hampton Inn in Onalaska. Please let them know you are booking with the Bartness Wiza Wedding when calling. Our room block rate gets renegotiated every 10 rooms booked based on the current retail value. We have experienced one increase already with all of the other events going on in the area. If you're planning on spending the night we recommend booking early to get locked in at the lowest rate possible as it is likely to continue to increase.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We are providing shuttles from the reception to the two hotels listed above. Shuttles will be provided every hour.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No! We are planning for an outdoor ceremony, and October can be very unpredictable in Wisconsin. We recommend you dress in layers to stay comfortable.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The venue we're at has 3 ceremony spaces, and other weddings happening on the same day. Our ceremony will be on the far left when entering the parking lot. Overflow parking is available in the church parking lot across the street. They ask that all vehicles be moved before Sunday morning service.
