If you are coming by car, there is a ferry from North Sydney, NS to Port-Aux-Basques which is about a 3 hour drive from the wedding venue.
If you are coming by airplane, there is an airport in Deer Lake (YDF) which is only 20 minutes from the wedding venue. If flying, we would recommend having at least one car for your group, as there are limited options for public transit. Car rentals are available at Deer Lake airport and should be arranged in advance.
For accommodation, we strongly recommend that you group up and rent the large chalets in Humber Valley for the wedding weekend. You can rent these at Airbnb but there are other websites organizing these rentals as well (listed below). They hold between 4-12 guests and are mostly walking distance to the main venue. Please feel free to ask for help if you are unsure about this option. The hotels in Deer Lake or Corner Brook are 20-minute drives from the main venue.
