Reno is the best place to fly into, it is just a short 45 minute drive away from Minden, NV where much of the events will take place. Lake Tahoe is just over the Sierra Nevada Mountains & is only 20 minute drive from Minden. You could also fly into Sacramento & rent a car & drive 2 hours to Minden, NV as well.
