Yet another workplace romance gone bad. Jacqueline and Derek met at Brown University's Department of Physics, where he was (and still is) a professor, and where Jacqueline was a PhD student. She's an astrophysicist studying the very large; he's a biophysicist studying the very small. Despite the different energy scales of their work, they found something in common. Now they're getting married; how's that for departmental collegiality?
