Scan the QR code on your invitation or visit the wedding website. On the main there will be an RSVP button Clicking the RSVP button with reroute you to the RSVP page Please enter the first and last name of one member of your party below. If you're responding for you and a guest (or your family), you'll be able to RSVP for your entire group. Once your name appears below, click the select button. It will then display all the events of the wedding that you and your party have been invited to. Some of these events will not need to be RSVP'd to. Schedules are on the Schedule tab and printed schedules will be in resort rooms. Once the RSVP is complete, a thank you message will appear, and you will be able to put your email in to receive a digital copy.
February is typically the heart of winter in the Catskills, characterized by cold, crisp, and often snowy conditions.

To check in, there is a main parking area by the Valley View House. Staff will tell guests where they will be able to park

Yes, there is a required guest meal plan that will be billed to your room. Adults are $26.50 per meal, and children are $18.00 per meal.

The ceremony will be outdoors. We encourage everyone to dress warmly. Outdoor heaters will be provided during the event.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to find your seats. Once the ceremony has started, no entrance is granted.
We kindly ask that you keep our ceremony "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
Yes, the couple will allow some time at the beginning of the ceremony.
Posting personal pictures is fine. However, we would ask that guests refrain from posting the couple on social media.
Yes, there will be lite bites and an open bar for guests to enjoy.
Yes, we encourage all guests to drink responsibly and not drive if they are consuming alcohol. If anyone needs assistance back to their cabin, please let guest services know.
