5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The Wedding Party will gather at The Barn for rehearsal.

BBQ Rehearsal Dinner

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Photos will be taken at this event.

Campfire

9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The event is optional; however, we encourage all in the wedding party to join us.

Wedding Party Wedding Day Lunch

12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Lunch is included in your required meal plan.

Guest Check In

2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Please check in at the Valley View House. Guests have the option to check in as early as 12pm with the purchase of lunch

Ceremony

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

The ceremony will be outside of The Barn. There will be staff to guide anyone who needs assistance.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

There will be light bites in addition to cocktails.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:00 pm

After Party

10:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Join us for the after-party at the Roadhouse to help us close out our wedding night.
