We are staying from December 1st through December 8th to allow time to prepare for the big day and enjoy some sun after!
The color scheme for our wedding is black, white, and gold with wood accents.
The resort requires a minimum three night stay during our travel period. As such, we recommend that you fly in no later than December 3rd and fly out no earlier than December 6th to ensure plenty of time to relax, soak up the sun, and celebrate. However, feel free to extend your stay to turn our wedding weekend into a full on vacation!
We did not block out rooms to allow guests to book through whichever route is cheapest. However, this is a smaller resort, so we’d highly recommend you secure your accommodations ASAP to ensure a room is available for you.
We recommend our guests book through our travel agent as Tammi is fully prepared to assist all of our guests with any travel related requests, including accommodations, transportation, and/or flights from your home airport. However, there is no requirement to use our travel agent (or any travel agent, for that matter). If, for whatever reason, you do not want to book through our travel agent, we ask that you email us the names of all guests (and include the age of any guest(s) under the age of 18 as of check-in) to: denzylandjessica@gmail.com
We understand some jobs do not have the flexibility to request off multiple weeks in advance and thus may not meet our August 5th RSVP and accommodations booking deadlines. If you find yourself in this position, please email us at denzylandjessica@gmail.com and let us know! We can work with our guests on a case-by-case basis. We recommend you consider booking a fully refundable room to hold your spot as the resort could sell out or surge in price if you wait until the last second to book.
