Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be primarily an adults-only celebration unless your child is specifically included on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal fall garden party. Think sundresses, midi/maxi dresses, dress pants, button-downs, and loafers. No jeans or overly casual attire please. And as always, kindly avoid white or ivory shades.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If a plus one has been reserved for you, it will be listed on your invitation or RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say “I do.”

What happens if it rains?

Answer

In the event of rain or severe weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to Talk Shop Lounge (3357 St Charles Rd St Charles, Iowa 50240) located about 5 minutes (2.7 miles) from the original ceremony location. Following the ceremony, the reception will still take place indoors at our reception venue located at 3123 Nixon Street, St Charles, Iowa 50240.
